I lived near South Branch, on the edge of Huron National forest. My daughter, son, and I did something we called "calling in the coyote" we could hear them getting closer and closer to our location...then in a loud yell from about 15 ft away in a wall of thick brush came a scream to this day gives me chills. I pushed my young Son behind me and told him to slowly back up to the house. Don't run. My daughter had already made it to the door while I was backing up. I never took my eyes off the location of the scream. A couple weeks later while watching "Monster Quest-Ohio Grassman", They did a call blast...my Son was sitting on the couch and I in my chair, our mouths dropped open and we looked at each other in shock. It was the SAME EXACT SOUND we had heard, that night....
