My son and I live in Raton Nm..Colfax County. We were coming back from Trinidad Co on Sunday, September 9th, 2018. We were about 4 miles North of Raton going South on I-25, when my son notice a large human like person standing on the ledge of a huge flat rock facing the highway. My son said it was in a defensive position with it's arms extended in front of him like flexing and it was light fur on the body and dark head in the shape of an egg..Traffic was
Minimal but the next turn around was for official police use..I would have had to go down 4 miles to first Raton exit and come back around about 6 miles to head South at another official cross over..My son was insistent as to what he saw, this was around 5:30 pm.on a very clear sunny day..
