Man recalls seeing a sasquatch in the early evening near Great Falls witnessed in Manitoba, Canada

I have kept this to myself for many years now, but here goes. When I was a young boy ( I was 10 years old) growing up in the country I had an experience that changed my life forever. One evening I was about to head into the house for supper. As i headed for the door my dog just started to go crazy. I had never seen my dog this upset before. She was barking in the direction of the river. I walked over to see what she was barking at and something large caught the corner of my eye. There was this enormous shaggy creature running down the hill towards the river. I would have estimated the distance to be in the range of 100 yards. It's height looked to be about 8 to 9 feet tall (I had used the hazel nut trees as a guideline). I also noticed a very prominent odour in the air and it smelled of rancid rotten fish.
