Bigfoot Encounter: West Virginia Hunter's Chilling Story

A firsthand account of an aggressive encounter with a Bigfoot in West Virginia has been shared on the YouTube channel Bigfoot Society. The witness, known as Old Bear, describes his sighting as a life-changing experience that sparked his interest in the elusive creature. Old Bear's encounter occurred when he was 16 years old and deer hunting near Charleston, West Virginia. He heard what he thought were the sounds of a white-tailed buck in heat, but when a large, hairy creature stepped out from behind a boulder just 20 feet away, he was left questioning what he was seeing. The creature, which Old Bear describes as having long hair on its face and body, looked at him with cold, black eyes. It made a deep, low growl and took a step towards him, causing Old Bear to pull the hammer back on his rifle and aim it at the creature's nose. Old Bear describes the creature as having a "facial expression like a early type of human not modern human but looked really human" and standing at 7 or 8 feet tall with broad shoulders. After the encounter, Old Bear was left shaken and didn't want to talk about it. However, his father encouraged him to continue hunting until dark.
