The Sierra Sounds, also known as the Berry Morehead Tapes, are a fascinating piece of evidence that Bigfoot exists. These audio recordings were captured in the Sierra Nevada mountains between 1972 and 1975 by journalist Al Berry and outdoorsman Ron Morehead. The recordings feature communication with multiple Sasquatches, with two distinct voices heard carrying through the trees. Berry and Morehead learned that in order to lure the Sasquatches and successfully capture their voices, they had to remain out of sight. They often communicated back and forth with the unseen creatures, but if they left the confines of their lean-to, the creatures would flee. Despite their inability to catch a glimpse of what was on the other side of the thin lean-to walls, they were left with only their imagination to fill in the blanks. The vocalizations captured the attention of a wide variety of audiences, from cryptid enthusiasts to college professors to military linguists. A University of Wyoming professor by the name of Kerwin conducted a year-long study on the recordings and concluded that the vocalizations were primate in nature and that the range, tone, and lung capacity required to create the sounds couldn't physically have come from a human. Retired US Navy linguist R Scott Nelson, who at the time had over 30 years of experience in foreign language and linguistics, claimed that the recordings demonstrated intelligent language communication, despite the fact that the language was of unknown origin. What do you think of the Sierra Sounds? Is it truly the language of Bigfoot, or could it just be an elaborate hoax? Let us know in the comments and follow for more spooky content. As a believer in the existence of Bigfoot, I find the Sierra Sounds to be a compelling piece of evidence. The fact that multiple voices were captured on tape and that the vocalizations were deemed to be primate in nature by a university professor is intriguing. I encourage all fellow believers to check out the video and form their own opinions on the Sierra Sounds.
