Scott Mosbeck's fishing camp on Snell Grove Lake has been frequently visited by a creature, seemingly angry about the cabin and its occupants. The creature has been known to rip appliances from the walls, throw rocks, and leave large footprints. A research team investigating the area was also targeted by rock-throwing incidents. A 17-inch bloody footprint was found, and DNA analysis revealed primate DNA with one nucleotide polymorphism, shared with chimpanzees. A new team of researchers, including Dr. Jeff Meldrum, Dr. Greg Bambin, and primatologist Esteban Sarmiento, is returning to the site to gather more evidence and study the creature's habitat and behavior.
