In a recent video from the YouTube channel Supernaturally Panda, some interesting cryptids and urban legends from the Garden State, New Jersey are discussed. The video is dedicated to Tammy, who recently lost her beloved shih tzu and is in need of financial assistance for the cremation. If you're interested in contributing, the cash app has been pinned at the top of the chat. One of the cryptids discussed in the video is Big Red Eye, a Sasquatch-like creature that has been spotted in Sussex County and surrounding areas since 1975. The creature is described as standing around 7-8 feet tall, weighing around 400 lbs, and covered in hair. However, the most distinct feature of Big Red Eye is its red eyes, which are not described as glowing but as having a red pupil. The creature is known to let out a low, blood-curdling scream for up to an hour, which can be heard for miles. Park Rangers at High Point State Park have reported hearing this terrifying sound and one armed Ranger even refused to return to the area after hearing it. Another interesting cryptid discussed in the video is the Gator Man, which has been spotted in the Newton Lafayette area in 1973-1977. This creature is described as standing around 6' tall, walking on two legs, having clawed hands and feet, and a humanoid head lined with sharp teeth. The most striking feature of the Gator Man is its long, thick tail like an alligator. In 1974, a man reported seeing a scaled, man-like creature near Wayne and in 1977, a New York City Conservation naturalist made an official report of a scaled creature appearing at dusk in the Southern Tier. It's always exciting to learn about new cryptids and urban legends, and the video from Supernaturally Panda does not disappoint. If you're interested in learning more about these creatures and others from New Jersey, be sure to check out the video. And don't forget to help out Tammy if you can.
