A Monstrous Creature in West Virginia In August 2006, a man had a strange and unsettling experience while hiking in the Dolly Sods Wilderness Area in West Virginia. He noticed something large moving out of some thicket about 50 yards away. Through his binoculars, he saw a monstrous creature standing at least 7 feet tall with black hair all over its body. The creature was walking on two powerful legs and had massive arms and hands. Its head was covered in thick hair, but its face had an odd, elongated jawline. The witness couldn’t see the fingers because the creature was carrying some sort of vegetation. Despite being an experienced hiker, the witness was shaken and quickly left the area. He later contacted wildlife experts, but they couldn’t provide a definitive explanation for what he saw. The witness is convinced that he encountered a cryptid, possibly even a Bigfoot, and he hasn’t returned to the Dolly Sods Wilderness Area since. 1. Trolls in New York A couple from Cooperstown, New York, had a bizarre encounter with small, humanoid beings in 1990. While taking a walk in the countryside, they heard a humming sound coming from a large boulder. As they approached, they noticed that the boulder seemed to shimmer and change to a greenish hue. Suddenly, two small beings emerged from the shimmering portal. They had green clothes, long blonde hair, and very dark, large round eyes. Their hands had four distinct fingers and were very rough. The beings took the couple by the hand and tried to pull them towards the rock. Unable to move, the couple broke free and ran away. They could hear the beings running behind them and even felt one of them throw a stone. An Antlered Humanoid in Minnesota A group of friends from Arizona had a chilling experience while driving to a cabin in Itasca County, Minnesota, in 2008. As they approached a rundown church in the fog, one of the friends saw a human-like figure with antlers on its head in the window. The group was spooked and quickly continued their journey, but the image of the antlered humanoid stayed with them. 1. A White, Hairless, Naked Man in Big Bear In 2017, a woman staying at the Best Western in Big Bear, California, had a terrifying encounter late one night. As she walked to her car to retrieve her luggage, she noticed two eyes reflecting in the middle of the road about 10 to 15 feet away. At first, she thought it was a deer, but as her eyes adjusted, she realized it was a white, hairless, naked man down on all fours. The creature was at least 4 feet tall, possibly around 15 feet if it stood up. The woman was frozen in fear as the creature ran away and then leaped from tree to tree. She couldn’t believe what she was seeing and was left shaken by the encounter.
