Louisiana Grandmother's Encounters: Bigfoot's Mysterious Presence and Signs

Lisa's grandmother, while hunting with her aunt and mother, heard a huffing noise in a thicket and thought it was a deer. Instead, a creature screamed at her with such force that it scared her so badly she fell and injured herself. After this incident, the children were warned not to go into the woods again. But, as children often do, Lisa and her sister, along with her sister's friend Mary, ventured into the woods one day. They smelled something horrid, like a dead animal, and as they took two more steps towards the woods, something growled at them with a deep, guttural growl from high up in the air. This encounter left them so frightened that they ran back up the rocky road, not remembering the run back. Later, Lisa, her mother, and stepfather went to the area where the growl had come from and discovered a "fort" made of branches and vines, taller than Lisa. Inside this structure, they found a pile of bird bones and feathers neatly stacked on either side of the doorway. A few nights later, Lisa's grandmother saw a large, black figure standing in front of the light from her late grandfather's shop. She screamed and called the police, but by the time they arrived, the figure had disappeared. A few nights after that, Lisa's grandmother saw something very tall walking on two legs, crossing a field and stepping over a 4ft barbed wire fence without slowing down. The next day, they found hair on the fence where the figure had stepped over it. It was about 5 inches long and smelled terrible. They also found a track with three large toes, unlike anything they had ever seen before. Lisa's uncle, who was knowledgeable about woodland tracks, couldn't identify it either.
