Strange lights keep showing up in the Rockhounding Roar guys videos

I decided to check up on the Rockhounding Roar guys channel and the big thing I see popping up are strange lights (at 11:57 in this video). Some are definitely eye shine since light was pointed in that direction but there are several times where there is no obvious light source and there is just a light glowing out there! Anybody have any ideas what is going on out there in Colorado? Light can be seen at 11:57 in video:
