Is this a Bigfoot in this video from the UK? New possible footage.

This video was posted on October 5th titled "Bigfoot UK" and it shows an upright dark shape in the woods starting at around 0:48. The witness said in the video notes that they don't know what it was and that along with their dog being nervous, there was a stagnant water smell and a whistle. One interesting thing I found while looking up this area is that whistles and voices are often heard in this area around the former TB and psychiatric hospital in Mitchell Laithes. What do you think?
