So there's this wild interview that dropped recently on the Sasquatch Theory YouTube channel, and honestly, it's one of those stories that sticks with you long after you finish watching. A hunter named Mark sits down to share what happened to him while deer hunting in Oklahoma back in the early 1980s, and let me tell you, this isn't your typical "I saw something big in the woods" account. This goes way beyond that. The whole thing kicks off with Mark and his dad heading out to hunt near the Kansas-Oklahoma border in 1982. They had a funny run-in with some rangers who thought they were in the wrong state, but that's just the setup. The real stuff starts in 1983 when Mark returns with his dad and brothers. That first night, he hears this intense siren-like sound that freaks him out so badly his brothers think he's having a nightmare. Then the next day, something even stranger happens. Mark is driving to the hunting spot when his radio suddenly cuts out and a woman's voice tells him to hurry. He doesn't remember speeding, but somehow he arrives way earlier than expected. Now here's where it gets really interesting. Mark is sitting in his deer stand, eating lunch, when he hears a twig snap behind him. A voice tells him not to turn around because she's "ugly." Mark responds with something genuinely kind, telling her that in God's eyes nobody is ugly. They end up sharing a Snickers bar, and she gives him some kind of rolled-up leaves to try that taste tart. She asks where he lives, and he shows her his house in the city. Then she asks if he wants to see where she lives. What happens next is something researchers have been talking about for years. She grabs his hand, a bright light appears, and they walk through what Mark describes as an old TV set with white static. He ends up inside some kind of hut where her mother gives him a tart drink. He can't remember much after that, but he wakes up with a bear skin rug over his bare skin. When he pulls it away and looks outside, he sees a tall male figure with long arms, a thin build, wearing a loin cloth, with long hair, walking alongside what looks like a wolf or coyote. He overhears them talking about him. The female Sasquatch apparently wanted him, but her father said "he's going to die." Mark eventually finds his way back out, but his experience isn't over. He has another encounter with a massive figure standing about 10 feet tall with wide shoulders and long hair. Then he sees something that will give you chills. A caravan of three groups moving in single file line, with arms swinging as they walk. He hears what sounds like a family, a girl, a boy, and a guy, making these monkey-like vocalizations back and forth. This story touches on something that's been whispered about in Sasquatch research circles for a long time, the idea that these beings might not be entirely of this world. The interdimensional hypothesis suggests that Sasquatch could exist partially outside our reality, using what researchers call "portals" or doorways to move between dimensions. Mark's account of walking through static-like light and ending up in another place fits eerily well with what some researchers have been documenting for years. The idea that they might have families, communities, and even their own concerns about humans, like the father worrying a human would die in their environment, adds a whole new layer to how we think about these encounters. If you want to hear Mark tell this story in his own words, definitely check out the full interview on the Sasquatch Theory channel. It's one of those accounts that makes you pause and really think about what's out there in those woods.
