When Maurice approached, a giant furry creature emerged, walking on all fours but with a perfectly straight back. He estimates it was about 6'4" on all fours, with a skull larger than his own, extremely wide shoulders, and apish features. When it stood up, it towered over the smaller trees, easily 12 feet tall. The creature followed Maurice back to the van and even chased their vehicle on all fours at over 30 mph for two minutes before vanishing into the woods.
