So I just stumbled across this footage that had me glued to my screen, and I had to share it with you all right away. A guy out camping managed to capture what he believes is a white-headed Bigfoot on camera, and the way he describes the encounter is genuinely chilling.
The witness is down at a campground with binoculars, scanning the tree line when he spots something that stops him cold. Straight back from a hill, there's a white head just visible above the foliage. He says he's been watching it, and it's been watching him right back. The thing has turned its head several times, and he mentions this is the first time he's ever seen a white one. For those unfamiliar with the phenomenon, white or albino Bigfoot sightings have been reported across various regions, though they're far less common than the traditional dark-furred descriptions. Some researchers have suggested these could represent a different subspecies or simply a genetic variation within the population.
What really got me was how the witness described his dog's reaction. His pup, Bug, was going absolutely crazy, and he mentions this happens every time these creatures are around. He even put new batteries in the shock collar and it wasn't phasing the dog at all. That's consistent with so many other reports where dogs become agitated, fearful, or overly alert in areas where Bigfoot activity is suspected. Many longtime researchers have noted that canines seem to have an awareness of these beings long before humans do.
The witness also mentions hearing two knocks earlier when he was starting his fire. For anyone who's spent time in Bigfoot country, knocking is one of the most commonly reported forms of communication from these beings. Some witnesses interpret it as a warning, others as a greeting, and some believe it's a territorial signal. The fact that he heard it right before spotting the white head adds another layer to this encounter.
He tried to get his phone to focus on the figure, but the humidity was wreaking havoc with his camera. Every time he panned away to look down at the river and then came back, the white head had vanished. He believes it ducked down or possibly belly-crawled away. He also mentions having footprints down on the bank, though he admits it's a muddy area and he didn't bring his boots to check them out properly.
The witness sounds like a seasoned outdoorsman who's had previous encounters. He talks about how they always watch him from that side of the patch of woods, and he recognized the hill from previous sightings. He even mentions an old stove they used to beat on, which suggests he's been visiting this area for a while and has had interactions before.
He also has trail cameras set up and mentions that the stills show them, but he's having trouble with the video files on his SD card. Technology can be frustrating when you're trying to document something this significant. He's planning to come back out after the rain clears and spend more time investigating.
If you're into Bigfoot research or just love a good field report, this video is definitely worth checking out. The witness comes across as genuine and experienced, and that white head sighting is something you don't hear about every day. Go watch the full footage and see what you think.
