He mentions hearing a strange, sharp scream while out in the woods, and how he's on the lookout for any dark-colored creatures moving around. As The CameraMan makes his way through the snow-covered woods, he comes across an area of pine trees that has been completely devastated. He notes that the trees were previously healthy and thriving, but now they're all dead and the ground is covered in debris. He mentions that he had previously detected high levels of radiation in the area, but he's unsure if that's the cause of the tree die-off. As The CameraMan continues his trek through the woods, he comes across some strange prints in the snow. He notes that they're much larger than any deer or other animal prints he's seen before, and they seem to be coming from a heavy, large creature. He also mentions that the prints seem to be going in a straight line, as if the creature was on a mission. The CameraMan then comes across a crawler print, which he finds particularly unsettling.
