Nestled deep in the Appalachian range lies a remote valley shrouded in mystery and supernatural tales. The valley, known as Black Hollow, is home to breathtaking waterfalls, thick forests, and an eerie sense of solitude that has kept even the most seasoned adventurers at bay for years. Recently, a group of friends decided to explore a long-forgotten trail that leads to the ruins of a mansion. According to old tales, the mansion is said to be haunted by a monstrous creature – a werewolf. As they hiked through the dense woodland and open meadows, they stumbled upon what appeared to be the remains of an old dirt road. After following it for a while, they finally caught a glimpse of the mansion in the distance. The imposing structure, covered in ivy and with large gaping holes in the roof, gave off an air of neglect and decay. Despite the eerie appearance, the group decided to enter and explore the mysterious place. Inside, they found remnants of furniture, broken pieces of porcelain, and an overpowering smell of mildew. However, what caught their attention the most was a corner of the room where torn Fabric and dried leaves were piled together in what looked like an improvised bed. As night fell, the group built a fire near the mansion to warm up. However, as they huddled around the fire, they began to hear deep, reverberating howls in the distance. The howls continued, getting closer with each passing minute. Suddenly, heavy footsteps began to circle their campsite, and two glowing yellow eyes appeared in the darkness. The creature turned out to be enormous, with a long snout and sharp teeth. Though it walked on all fours, its posture was strangely upright, almost humanlike. The beast circled their camp, growling and scratching at the trees. The group managed to scare it off by feeding the fire with more drywood, but the creature returned again and again whenever the fire started to die down. By dawn, the howling stopped, and the creature disappeared into the woods. However, before they left, Eric noticed something odd – humanlike footprints were mixed with the animal tracks around their campsite. Upon further investigation, Eric discovered that the mansion had once belonged to a wealthy family who mysteriously disappeared in the 1940s. The last known resident was a man who lived in seclusion and was rarely seen by the town's people. Some locals believed that the man had been cursed, that he had become a werewolf, and that he roamed the woods at night protecting his family's abandoned home.
