California Bigfoot Sighting: Real-Life Encounters and Imitated Callbacks

The witness, Ed, describes his experiences seeing a Bigfoot in California when he was 16 or 17, and later having multiple encounters in the Molalla River Corridor in Marion County, Oregon. Ed's first encounter occurred while he was sleeping in the front seat of a car on Highway 101 in Humboldt County, California. He was awakened by his brother-in-law, who pointed out a large, bipedal creature standing on an embankment. Ed saw the creature turn and look at them before walking away into the woods. Years later, Ed and his family began camping in the Molalla River Corridor in Oregon. They started noticing strange occurrences, such as glowing eyes watching them from the woods. Eventually, they learned about Bigfoot and realized that they had been encountering the creature in the area. They named the spot where they often camped "Bigfoot Camp" and began researching and documenting their experiences. One particularly memorable encounter occurred when Ed's daughter was throwing a ball and began screaming. Ed heard a scream that he had never heard before and decided to imitate it. To his surprise, the creature screamed back. Ed began using his scream to communicate with the Bigfoot and even used it to get the creature to come closer to his campsite.
