Oxfordshire Bigfoot Encounters: Eyewitness Accounts and Physical Evidence

In a recent video posted on the YouTube channel Deborah Hatswell - BBR Investigations, two UK police officers share their chilling encounter with a mysterious creature in the summer of 1982. The officers, who were on night shift patrol in a rural area of Oxfordshire, described the creature as a 7-8 foot tall dogman with a long snout, large eyes, and covered in fur. The officers were parked on the side of the road for a cigarette break when the creature appeared from the wooded area and onto the lane ahead of them, estimated to be around 30 yards away. At first, they thought it was a tall person, but soon realized it was far too tall to be human. The creature appeared to be startled by their presence and bounded across the road on two legs into the forested area on their right. The officers were physically shaking but being police officers, they conducted a scan of the area and found a hair sample which one of the officers has kept in a container all these years. The officer added that he and his colleague have never spoken about the incident to anyone but each other, until now. This report is unique as it comes from two serving police officers, adding credibility to the sighting. It's also interesting to note that the sighting took place in Oxfordshire, an area where there have been several other reports of mysterious creatures in the past. Another report from a gentleman named Nick Hayes, who had a frightening experience in the Oxfordshire area in 1997, is also worth mentioning. Nick was walking down a small track when he became aware of something to his left, about 20 feet away, walking parallel with him. He described the creature as having a snarling sound, similar to the Beast of Bray Road and other wolf-dog like creatures that people have come into contact with in the US. The sighting of the dogman by the two police officers and Nick's encounter in Oxfordshire are both intriguing and add to the growing body of evidence that mysterious creatures may be roaming the countryside in the UK.
