Wyoming's Winter Bigfoot Encounter: Two Creatures, One Chilling Cry

A fascinating account of a possible Bigfoot encounter has recently surfaced on YouTube. The video, titled "BIGFOOT IN WYOMING PART ONE" and posted by the channel Bigfoot Encounters Narrated, tells the story of a man's encounter with a large, hairy, man-like creature while hunting in Wyoming in the winter of 1890. The man, identified only as Shannon Morgan's grandfather, was hunting with his son in the woods outside of town when they came across a large, hairy creature. According to Shannon Morgan, her grandfather described the creature as being about 7 feet tall, with black hair and a small mouth. It appeared to be looking for something under a fallen tree. Shannon Morgan's grandfather was so shocked by the encounter that he dropped his pipe, which caught the creature's attention. It let out a "horrid" cry, causing Shannon Morgan's grandfather to panic and run for his gun. The creature then walked away into the woods. Shannon Morgan's grandfather and his son never spoke about the encounter to anyone outside of the family, for fear of ridicule. However, Shannon Morgan says that her grandfather would tell the story to her and her brothers, and that his hair would stand on end and his hands and knees would shake as he recounted the experience. This account is particularly interesting because it comes from a time before the term "Bigfoot" was widely used, and before the creature became a popular cultural phenomenon. It also adds to the growing body of evidence suggesting that Bigfoot-like creatures may have been roaming the North American wilderness for centuries. The video also includes a report of a possible Bigfoot sighting in Yellowstone National Park in 1978. Two geologists driving through the park saw a large, dark, shaggy creature standing upright on the side of the road. The creature appeared to be about 7 to 7 1/2 feet tall and weighing around 800 pounds. It took several long, fluid strides across the road and disappeared into a culvert.
