During his time as an animal control officer, he had an encounter with a Dogman that left him shaken. He was called out to a forest to attend to an injured deer. As he approached the deer, he noticed a funky smell, musty and swampy, mixed with a little bit of roadkill. He then heard a wild man yell and saw red eye shine behind a tree. When he shone his flashlight on the figure, it growled and darted back behind the tree. The officer described the hand gripping the tree as gray, leathery, and resembling a gorilla's hand. The officer's encounter with Bigfoot was no less terrifying. He was called out to investigate a report of a Bigfoot sighting. As he approached the area, he heard footfalls and felt like he was being followed. He then saw a figure that resembled a Bigfoot. The officer described the figure as being over seven feet tall, with broad shoulders and a thick chest. He also mentioned that the figure had long, dark hair all over its body, except for its face, which was pale and had deep-set eyes. The officer's encounters with Dogman and Bigfoot have left him a believer. He shared that his family is Porch Creek Band of Indian and that his mother's aunt used to talk about Sasquatch and Dogman. The officer's experiences are a reminder that there is still so much we don't know about the world we live in.
