In a recent video from the 222 Paranormal Podcast, host Joe Shortridge delves into the fascinating topic of the Newark Holy Stones and their connection to Mounds and hauntings. As a researcher of Giants and Native American burial mounds, Joe has noticed a correlation between Mounds and paranormal activity.
One notable example is the area in Toledo, where two Mounds once stood on each side of the river. The mound closer to downtown, now the site of the abandoned Fish's restaurant, was bulldozed to make way for the Anthony Wayne Bridge on-ramp. Joe points out that this area is known for its haunted locations, such as the Oliver House, Spaghetti Warehouse, and Bone House.
During a convention at the Oliver House, Joe and his team experienced paranormal activity firsthand. The door to a two-story vault, which was used to store guests' valuables, opened by itself. This vault, now a storage area for the bar, is said to be a hotspot for unexplained phenomena, including door slamming and disembodied voices.
Joe also discusses the connection between Mounds and the Lost Tribe of the Israelites, believing that the Giants who built the Mounds may have been part of this tribe. He shares the story of amateur archaeologist David Wyrick, who discovered the Keystone in Newark, Ohio. This stone, now in the Museum outside of Coshocton, Ohio, features Hebrew writing, which was confirmed by experts in Cincinnati.
Wyrick's discovery led him to believe that the Hebrews built Mounds in their cities, as mentioned in the Bible. In Newark, Ohio, Wyrick found a mound made of stone, which was unusual compared to other Mounds. After excavating the site, he discovered a clay Basin and a coffin containing a giant, approximately 8 feet tall.
The coffin contained a stone known as the Decalog Stone, which featured a carving of a person and Hebrew writing around it, including the word "MOS," believed to represent Moses and the Ten Commandments. Wyrick's findings suggest that the Lost Tribe of the Israelites or another Israelite tribe may have been present in America.
This video is a captivating exploration of the Newark Holy Stones, Mounds, and their potential connection to the Lost Tribe of the Israelites. To learn more and see the evidence for yourself, be sure to watch the video and delve into the mystery.
