Woman's Encounter with Sasquatch during Indigenous Ceremony in Calano Forest

Later that night, Sky Lee heard footsteps on stones getting louder and louder as they got closer. Suddenly, she felt a kick in her foot, and her whole body jolted. She heard the footsteps start walking around the circle up toward their heads, and she got scared. She woke up her friend, and they looked around with their flashlights, but there was nobody there. The next morning, they found a dead buck caught in the rocks in the water, which wasn't there when they had crossed the river the evening before. Sky Lee later spoke to some indigenous elders from the west coast, who told her that she had made a feast offering, and the ancient spirits had traveled to receive that feast.
