The movie follows a determined anthropology professor, Dr. Brian C. Lockart, and his group of students as they venture into the Arkansas wilderness to gather evidence of the elusive Bigfoot. As they collect stories, speak with eyewitnesses, and visit locations of the beast's sightings, they find themselves on the creature's territory and being stalked. One of the things that make this movie stand out is its eclectic cast of characters. From the scared shitless students to the overly courageous monster hunters, the personalities on display are extremely silly and engaging, giving the production a fun energy that helps push the narrative along into some bizarre and strange situations. The film also showcases an array of flashback reenactments while blending it with an engaging narrative that helps build the mystery of the Bigfoot creature. The slow buildup of the creature is classically done, allowing the mystery of the story to take center stage and grow until the final moments of the film. Overall, "Boggy Creek 2: And the Legend Continues" is a fun and entertaining Bigfoot flick that's definitely worth checking out.
