Oregon Officer's Bigfoot Sighting; Doctor Reports Similar Encounter

A video posted on YouTube by the channel Old Hillbilly Horror has been making the rounds among the Bigfoot community, and it's easy to see why. The video, titled "26 TRUE Terrifying Cryptid Encounter Horror Stories (Dogman, Sasquatch, Wendigo, Deep Woods,Creepy)," features a series of first-hand accounts of encounters with various cryptids, including Bigfoot. One particularly chilling story comes from a woman whose father was a Portland, Oregon police officer for 30 years. She recounts a night in 1978 when she was 12 and went with her father on his graveyard shift. As they were driving home, something leapt across the road in front of their car. Both the father and daughter saw the creature, which they described as being similar to the Bigfoot creature filmed by Roger Patterson, but with lighter hair. The daughter was so shaken by the encounter that she moved her bunk beds to the far wall away from the window and refused to talk to anyone except her mother for several days. A week later, a doctor driving down the same road also saw the creature and was so frightened that he stopped at the police station to report it. The video also features a story from a woman who had a strange experience while riding the elevator in a hospital. She got off on the sixth floor to get a drink and a KitKat, but when she returned to the elevator, the doors opened to reveal empty walls instead of the usual nurses' station and rooms. The woman walked to the end of the hallway and saw random white buildings on one side and tall skyscrapers and a shiny metal window-type building on the other. She called out, but no one replied. The woman then walked to the elevator, but the buttons were missing. She took out her phone to call the hospital, but it had no bars. She sat on the floor, trying to calm herself down, and when she woke up, the elevators were back. She returned to her mother's room, but only five minutes had passed according to the TV show "The Bold and the Beautiful" that was still on. These stories, along with many others, make for a fascinating and spooky video that is sure to leave you looking over your shoulder the next time you are out in the woods.
