In a recent video from the YouTube channel TAAPS, some fascinating audio recordings were shared, captured during a camping trip from December 20th to January 2nd. I'm thrilled to delve into these recordings and share my thoughts with our fellow Bigfoot enthusiasts.
TAAPS member Boyd Sims captured the first audio clip on December 27th at approximately 5:00 a.m. The clip features various vocalizations, some of which sound like they could be from a Sasquatch. These vocalizations are primarily between 500 and 700 Hertz, with one deep, guttural sound that starts around 500 Hertz. The coyotes also make an appearance in this recording, adding another layer of intrigue.
The second clip, also from December 27th, is amplified to help us hear the vocalizations more clearly. At around 5:30 a.m., you can hear distinct vocalizations between 500 and 700 Hertz, accompanied by a CO vocalizing simultaneously. This overlap is particularly interesting and adds to the mystery of the recordings.
Moving back to the beginning of the camping trip, the third clip is from December 20th at 6:00 p.m. This recording features a clear vocalization around 600 to 700 Hertz, accompanied by various clicking noises. Although the source of the clicking is unclear, it doesn't detract from the intriguing vocal.
The fourth clip, recorded on December 22nd at 12:34 a.m., includes amplified vocalizations from a distance. As coyotes begin to vocalize near the recorder, the Sasquatch-like vocals become more faint. However, they can still be heard distinctly throughout the coyote chorus.
In the fifth clip, recorded on December 22nd at 1:58 a.m., a lone coyote vocalizes, followed by some distant Sasquatch-like vocals around 40 seconds later. These amplified vocals provide an eerie backdrop to the coyote's howls.
Lastly, the sixth clip is from December 22nd at 6:45 p.m., but in a different location. This recording features excellent coyote vocalizations, with one distinct, amplified sound around 700 Hertz. Although this sound could be another coyote, its uniqueness makes it worth noting.
I'm excited to hear these recordings and encourage you to watch the full video on TAAPS' YouTube channel. Remember to like, subscribe, and hit the notification bell to stay updated on their future investigations. Together, we can continue to explore and appreciate the mysteries surrounding Sasquatch.
