A few years ago, a visitor to Lassen National Park in Northern California stumbled upon something intriguing - large human-like footprints in the mud near Kings Creek. The park, known for its geothermal activity and volcanic peaks, is no stranger to mystery and intrigue. But what could have made these prints?
The witness, who goes by the name Base Camp Chris on YouTube, was exploring the park after a hike with friends when he came across the footprints. He estimates that they were around 14 inches long and six to seven inches wide, with several of them visible in the dried mud. Chris admits that he wasn't a Bigfoot enthusiast at the time, but the size and shape of the prints made him wonder if he had stumbled upon evidence of the elusive creature.
Lassen National Park is no stranger to Sasquatch sightings. In fact, Chris received a message from a viewer who claimed to have seen a large, upright human-like form walking across a highway in the park just a week or two before. The witness described the figure as being dark and disappearing into the woods after crossing the road. Another car traveling in the opposite direction also reported seeing the same thing.
These stories, along with the mysterious footprints, have sparked renewed interest in the possibility of Sasquatch sightings in Lassen National Park. Chris plans to return to the park this summer to camp and explore the back country, hoping to gather more evidence and perhaps even catch a glimpse of the elusive creature.
