After their hike, something ran from the campsite and darted into the trees. While riding in the back of a truck with their father and brother, they saw a large, hairy creature that appeared to be a dog at first. However, it soon became apparent that the creature was not a dog when it stood upright on its hind legs and kept pace with the truck.
