A heartwarming tale of compassion towards a Sasquatch in need has recently emerged on YouTube, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to share it with you. The story comes from the YouTube channel Cryptids Canada and is told by a man whose great-grandparents had a remarkable encounter with an elderly Sasquatch in the Rocky Mountains of Northern British Columbia during the turn of the century. The great-grandfather, Joshua Sims, was a hunting guide and a man of nature, while his wife, Jenny Lynn, was a beautiful and kind-hearted woman who could make the best rabbit stew. One day, while out rabbit hunting, they stumbled upon a Sasquatch under a pine tree. To their surprise, the creature was on death’s door, with a leg trap tightly wound around its foot. Joshua and Jenny Lynn, being compassionate individuals, decided to care for the Sasquatch. They worked tirelessly to free the creature from the trap and nurse it back to health. The Sasquatch was old, wrinkled, and scarred, with long gray hair and a tinge of red in some spots. Despite its frightening appearance, the couple showed it kindness and treated its injury with care. As days passed, the Sasquatch began to regain its strength, and the couple formed a bond with it. They named it “the woolly man” and shared their food and home with it. Eventually, the Sasquatch was well enough to leave, but it returned to visit Joshua and Jenny Lynn from time to time. This story is a beautiful reminder that Sasquatches, like humans, are capable of feeling pain, fear, and affection. It’s a testament to the compassion and kindness that we, as Bigfoot believers, should strive to show towards these magnificent creatures. I highly encourage you to watch the video on Cryptids Canada’s YouTube channel and share your thoughts with us.
