A firsthand account of a potential Bigfoot encounter in Alaska has been shared on the YouTube channel The Facts By Howtohunt.com, and it's definitely worth a watch for any Squatchable reader.
In the video, a man named Michael D. Walker from Wasilla and Palmer, Alaska, describes his experience near Big Lake Alaska in the summer of 1991. Michael, along with two church buddies, went fishing after church one night and had a strange encounter on the Little Susitna River.
According to Michael, he felt an overwhelming sensation of being watched while fishing alone on a gravel bar. He heard stones landing near his feet and saw ripples in the water, but couldn't see anything or anyone around. Eventually, his buddy came to find him, and Michael asked if he had been messing with him. Of course, his buddy said no, and Michael is convinced that it was a Bigfoot having a go at him.
The video also includes pictures of the location where the encounter took place, and Michael points out the shape of the land and trees that make a convincing picture of a dome-headed Bigfoot. He emphasizes that this is a short crow's fly from Anchorage across Cook Inlet, on the Kenai side of the Matanuska-Susitna Valley, not in the popular Chugach mountain range.
Towards the end of the video, there's a response to a question posted on Facebook about whether Bigfoot could be related to fallen angels, as stated in the Bible. The answer, from a historian named Robert Duvall, delves into the DNA work done to date and the idea that genetic engineering was involved in the creation of these hybrids.
Overall, this video is a fascinating account of a possible Bigfoot sighting and includes some thought-provoking ideas about the origins of these creatures. Be sure to check it out and share your thoughts in the comments below!
