Four Real Newspaper Reports of Bigfoot Encounters: Explore the Evidence

Newspaper Reports of Wild Men and Bigfoot Sightings Hey there, fellow Bigfoot enthusiasts! I recently came across some fascinating newspaper reports of wild men and Bigfoot sightings that I just had to share with all of you. These accounts, documented and published from 1936 onward, are real eyewitness accounts of these mysterious creatures. The first report is from the Texarkana Daily News, Monday, May 24, 1971, by Jim Powell. A large hairy creature, known as the Falc monster, was spotted crossing U.S. Highway 21, two miles south of Fouk, Arkansas. The witnesses, Mr. and Mrs. DC Woods, Junior and Mrs. RH, described the creature as having long dark hair, looking real large, and moving with its arms swinging like a monkey. Mrs. Seed Grass, who was riding in the back seat of the Woods' automobile, only saw a large shadow as it entered the woods. The second report is from the Lincoln Star, Tuesday, January 22, 1935. A wild man of Arkansas was blamed for the disappearance of two prospectors in the nashkak River County, Alaska. The terror reign of the same region several years ago of Klepka, the Indian killer, was credited with slaying 20 men, and now, the word is that another wild man has taken up where he left off. The third report is from the Anniston Alabama Modesto Bee, Friday, April 15, 1936. A gorilla family hunt in the chocolate Valley swamp was in vain. Sheriff WP cotton led a group of farmers and citizens into the swamp after rural residents reported seeing a man, woman, and child whose bodies were covered with hair and who at times walked on all fours. Lastly, the fourth report is from the Arkansas Gazette, January 27, 1973. A non-believer at the Foxbots monster and cow pasture, Orville Scoggins, a farmer who has scoffed at Tails, saw the creature in the field Sunday morning. He described the monster as about four feet tall, stood upright, and had long pitch-black hair. These newspaper reports are intriguing and add to the mystery and lore of Bigfoot sightings.
