In a recent video posted on the YouTube channel Craig Yahne P.N.W.S.R.G, the host, a Sasquatch researcher, attended the Yakima Sasquatch Conference. The conference, which had been postponed for two years due to the pandemic, featured a great lineup of speakers. One of the speakers was a member of an all-female Bigfoot research team called the Machine Squatchers. The team was formed in 2015, inspired by the idea that women could have a better chance of encountering Bigfoot if they went into the woods without men, dogs, or guns. The team also uses their sensory experiences to try and sense the presence of Bigfoot. One of the team members, Tammy, is an animal communicator. She explained that animal communication may be different for everyone and that she is able to speak with animals in English and they understand her. She has rescued many animals using her ability to communicate with them. Tammy also shared a story about a white-faced spider monkey at the Red River Valley Zoo in Fargo, North Dakota. The monkey was having a hard time opening a hazelnut, so Tammy tried to communicate with him and show him how to open it. To her surprise, the monkey came over to the glass where she was standing and started licking the glass. While this story is not directly related to Bigfoot, it is still an interesting and educational bit about animal communication and the bond that can be formed between humans and animals. It is a reminder that there is still much to learn about the natural world and the creatures that inhabit it.
