In the vast and mysterious world of the paranormal, there are always new and intriguing stories waiting to be discovered. The latest addition to these tales comes from the YouTube channel Dead Air: Full Spectrum, and it's a real doozy. The video, titled "NEW!! Extremely Strange - The Craziest Bigfoot Story Ever Told," shares an account from 1924 that involves a Swedish immigrant named Albert Osman and his unexpected encounter with a Sasquatch in British Columbia.
The story begins with Albert, a blue-collar logging and construction worker, taking a vacation to explore British Columbia's rumored gold mines. He hires an old native guide to take him to the head of the Tomah Inlet, where he hopes to find the lost mine of a heavy drinker who seemed to always acquire more gold after a few days out in the mine. The old guide tells Albert about the local legend of the Sasquatch, a creature said to be responsible for the white man's disappearance.
Skeptical at first, Albert dismisses the native stories about hairy men, believing that they might have lived thousands of years ago but were long gone by now. However, the old native insists that some individuals still remain. Upon arriving at the inlet, Albert sets up camp and invites the guide to share supper with him, asking him to check back in three weeks at the same spot.
The following morning, Albert sets out on his quest for the lost mine, leaving his equipment at the campsite but taking his 30-30 Winchester rifle with him. He hikes, climbs, and rests, eventually finding an exceptional site where he sets up his permanent camp. It's here that things start to get really bizarre.
Albert, a heavy sleeper, wakes up one morning to find his camp disturbed. Nothing seems to be missing, but he becomes wary and fills a magazine of the rifle, keeping extra shells in his pocket. Over the next few days, he finds his backpack emptied out, with a half can of prunes and some pancake flour missing. There are no tracks around the campsite, and he doubts it could have been a bear.
Determined to catch the intruder, Albert sleeps fully clothed with his rifle always within reach. One night, he is awakened by the feeling of being lifted or picked up. He fears a snow slide but realizes there is no snow on the ground. Instead, he finds himself being carried by a Sasquatch, which he had previously dismissed as a native fairy tale.
The Sasquatch carries Albert for hours, eventually stopping in a small valley surrounded by mountains. Albert sees the family of four Sasquatches – two full-grown adults and two small ones – and realizes the existence of these creatures is not a myth. He tries to escape but is met with indistinguishable chatter.
The video not only shares this fascinating story but also provides valuable information about the physical descriptions of the Sasquatches Albert encounters. The adult male is estimated to be over eight feet tall and around a thousand pounds, with massive chest and biceps. The adult female is also around seven feet tall, weighing five to six hundred pounds. The young male is seven feet tall and about 300 pounds, with a 50-plus inch chest.
This incredible tale from Dead Air: Full Spectrum offers a unique perspective on the world of Bigfoot and the paranormal, reminding us that there is always more to discover in the vast and mysterious realms of the unknown.
