If you're a Bigfoot enthusiast, you'll be excited to know that there's a whole convention dedicated to the legendary creature in Florida. The YouTube channel Parks and Pops recently shared their experience at the Bigfoot convention, and as a curator of interesting videos, I couldn't help but share the highlights with you.
As they approached the World Equestrian Center, they stumbled upon the Bigfoot conference in Expo one. The convention featured vendors, panelists, and even a silent auction where attendees could bid on art pieces. The panelists spoke on different topics related to Bigfoot every hour, with the closing at 6:30 PM.
One of the vendors, SAS, specialized in Sasquatch merchandise, while another offered original Florida man merchandise. There were also filmmakers advertising their film "Awaken," which is based on Bigfoot. The merchandise ranged from plushies, keychains, and even custom-made hats.
The convention also featured other urban legends, such as the Mothman. The Mothman merchandise included baby plushies, pocket pals, and even keychains. Another vendor, Vent, had official merchandise with the Bigfoot Conference logo on t-shirts, patches, vinyl stickers, and hand fans.
One of the coolest finds at the convention was a free camouflage jacuzzi in Bigfoot World. There were also footprints found on the wall during a search, which were on display. The convention also had photo ops with Bigfoot and a more artistic approach of the Bigfoot image in the swamp.
The convention also featured Bigfoot Searchers and personalities, such as Dr. Jeff Meldrum, David Politis, Ron Moorhead, and Ronnie LeBlanc. There were also exhibitions dedicated to research teams and their findings of Bigfoot.
In addition to Bigfoot, the convention also featured other Cryptids and urban legends in books and prints. Mozzie Laser Designs had customizable Sasquatch wool, while art by Timothy Wayne Williams had a hidden Bigfoot in one of his landscape works.
Overall, the Bigfoot convention in Florida was an exciting event for anyone interested in the legendary creature. As a curator of interesting videos, I highly recommend checking out Parks and Pops' video on YouTube to see more of the convention. Who knows, it might inspire you to attend the next Bigfoot convention in your area.
