Nevada Camper's Encounter: Dead Deer & Mysterious Growls in Washita Forest

The loggers told Bill that they had seen a similar deer in their job site the previous day, but it had disappeared by the end of the day. As they were discussing the situation, they heard a deep, low growl coming from the forest. The growl lasted for at least 20 seconds and the group couldn't pinpoint where it was coming from. The foreman noticed Bill's Colt Python 357 and asked if he had used a gun before. Bill replied that he knew how to use it, but had never killed an animal with it. The foreman then suggested that it would be best for them to leave the area. This story is a great example of the mysterious and unexplained events that can occur in the wilderness. The identity of the creature that made the growling sound remains unknown, but it's clear that it left a lasting impression on Bill and the loggers.
