Strange three-toed tracks found by YouTuber David Vose

YouTuber David Vose posted a video with some adorable trash pandas BUT it also has some interesting three-toe looking tracks in what appears to be Texas. I've seen photos of these types of tracks before and usually people dismiss them as double-step tracks, but these look too symmetric for a double-step. What do you think these tracks are from?
