In a recent episode of Bigfoot's Pad Paranormal Radio, hosts Jeremy King, Sasquatch Tim King, and Corey 1.0 interviewed Michael Slade, a Nevada and Utah Bigfoot researcher. Michael shared his fascinating background and how he got into researching Bigfoot. As a child growing up in Fort Collins, Colorado, Michael's fascination with Bigfoot began when his father introduced him to the concept. This early interest led him to devour every Bigfoot book he could find in the library, which, as you can imagine, resulted in some memorable nightmares. Michael's professional career as a commercial and fine art photographer has taken him all over the world, including the Arctic Circle, Mojave Desert, Death Valley, Southern Utah, Nevada, Oregon, and the West Desert of Utah. His photography adventures have provided him with vast knowledge of various landscapes and terrains, which has been instrumental in his Bigfoot research. A few years ago, Michael decided to shift his focus from commercial photography to more personal projects. This change allowed him to explore his curiosity about Bigfoot sightings and experiences. He began visiting locations where people had seen or had encounters with Bigfoot, mainly in Utah but also in Nevada, Wyoming, and Idaho. Michael's project, initially focused on Utah, has grown and expanded to neighboring states. Michael's Utah Bigfoot project is documented on his blog, Utah Bigfoot (-utahbigfoot.blogspot.com/-), where he shares photographs and stories from his visits to various locations. Although the website -utahbigfoot.org.org- has been registered, it is currently static and not yet active. During the interview, Michael also mentioned an intriguing sighting in Nevada, near the Nevada Test and Training Range, which was documented in the Associated Press and printed in the newspaper. The witness, a member of a local church's bishopric in St. George, Utah, was so shaken by the experience that he reported it to the security facility at Mercury, Nevada. Michael Slade's passion for Bigfoot research and his dedication to documenting his findings make for a captivating conversation.
