Bigfoot Sighting Near Railroad: Light-Emitting Creature Spotted!

Have you ever seen something strange while out and about, something that you just can't explain? Well, that's exactly what happened to the person behind the YouTube channel, Wide World of Trains. They recently posted a video that has caught the attention of many, including us here at Squatchable. In the video, the person behind the channel claims to have spotted something unusual while standing near a railroad crossing. They describe seeing a large, dark figure on the tracks, with something flashing on the top of its head "like a light or something." They make it clear that they are on public property and not on the railroad tracks themselves. As they continue to observe the figure, they can be heard saying, "yeah, we got Bigfoot on the tracks" and "that's some kind of alien with a light flashing on his head." They also mention that the figure is a "long ways away." Now, as Bigfoot believers, we always approach any potential sighting with an open mind. And while this video doesn't provide any clear evidence of a Bigfoot sighting, it's still an interesting observation. But, let's take a step back for a moment and talk about the flashing light on the figure's head. This is something that we don't often hear about in Bigfoot sightings. However, it's not uncommon for animals to have reflective markings on their bodies. These markings, known as "eyeshine," are caused by the reflection of light off of the tapetum lucidum, a layer of tissue located behind the retina in the eye. While humans do not have a tapetum lucidum, many animals do, including cats, dogs, and even some species of birds. The tapetum lucidum reflects light back through the retina, increasing the amount of light available to the animal's eyes and improving their night vision. Could the flashing light on the figure's head in the video be a result of eyeshine? It's possible, but without more information, it's hard to say for sure. Regardless of what the figure in the video is, it's always exciting to hear about potential Bigfoot sightings. And, who knows, maybe one day we'll get that definitive piece of evidence that proves once and for all that Bigfoot is real.
