Bigfoot enthusiasts, have you heard the exciting news about the release of a restored version of the classic film "The Legend of Boggy Creek"? The movie, which was based on sightings of a creature in Fouke, Arkansas in the 1950s, has been given a 4K transfer by Charles B Pierce's daughter, Pamela Pierce Barcelo.
In a recent interview with The Cryptocrew, Barcelo shared that the process of turning the film to 4K required each frame to be scanned 4,000 times. This meticulous work has resulted in a high-quality version of the film that is now available for purchase on Blu-ray and DVD.
But that's not all, Bigfoot fans. There is also a "Boggy Creek 2: And The Legend Continues" that was filmed in 1984 and directed by Charles B Pierce. This film is a continuation of the story of people seeing the creature and features several scenes where the Bigfoot is visible.
In addition to these films, there is also a lesser-known but highly regarded Bigfoot movie called "Something in the Woods." Directed by David Ford, the film is based on Braille sightings in Northeast Texas in the 1960s. It tells the story of the Hartman family and their encounters with the creature.
Unfortunately, "Something in the Woods" is currently hard to find and is not available on any streaming services. However, it can still be purchased on DVD through Amazon.
It's always exciting when classic Bigfoot films are restored and made available for a new generation of fans. Be sure to check out "The Legend of Boggy Creek" and "Boggy Creek 2: And The Legend Continues" and keep an eye out for "Something in the Woods" if you're interested in a well-crafted story of Bigfoot sightings.
