Louisiana Hunter's Chilling Encounter with a 7.5-Foot Bigfoot in 1981

He was deer hunting early one Saturday morning when he noticed everything was unusually quiet. Suddenly, a small deer ran up to his deer stand and laid down at the bottom, exhausted. As Mike looked up from the deer, he saw something big and hairy moving from one tree to another, about 15-20 yards away. At first, Mike thought it was a gorilla, but as he looked closer, he realized it was a massive, hairy creature, at least 7.5 feet tall and 400 pounds. The creature had black hair and was standing behind a tree, staring at Mike. Mike admits that he didn't believe in Bigfoot before this encounter, but the creature's eyes were unlike anything he had ever seen, and he knew he was dealing with something extraordinary. The creature gave Mike several "dirty looks," baring its teeth and clicking them at him. Mike tried to scare it off, thinking it was someone in a suit, but the creature's eyes were filled with an evil, satanic look that made Mike's blood run cold. He became scared and broke out in a cold sweat, shaking uncontrollably. Mike grabbed his 270 deer rifle and looked through the scope, trying to get a better look at the creature. When he put the crosshairs between its eyes, the creature growled and let out a roar like a lion. A shrill whistle came from the northeast, and the creature whistled back, confirming Mike's suspicion that it was communicating with another creature. Suddenly, Mike heard bipedal movement coming from the northeast, and he knew he had to act fast. He jumped off his deer stand and started running towards his truck, with the creature chasing him. Mike could hear the creature knocking down trees and bushes as it pursued him, but he managed to escape. In addition to Mike's incredible encounter, the video also touches on the use of pine needles to neutralize scent while hunting. In the past, hunters would use green pine needles to help mask their scent, as commercial scent-neutralizing products were not yet available.
