Recently, I came across an interesting video on YouTube from the channel Squatch America. In the video, titled "Nest Investigation Umatilla National Forest," hosts Scott and Hannah, along with their guest Janice, set out to investigate a possible Bigfoot nest in the Umatilla National Forest in eastern Oregon. Janice shares that her brother found the site two years ago while bow hunting in the area. He sent her a picture of some skull bones and other remains, which she showed to Scott and Hannah. Intrigued, the trio decided to check out the site for themselves. Upon arriving at the site, they found what appeared to be a scavenged deer carcass and a coyote den. However, there were also some unusual features, such as tree limbs arranged in a strange pattern and what looked like "X" marks on some of the trees. Janice couldn't say for sure whether these features were natural or "squatchy," but she noted that the area had a definite "squashy" feel to it. As they explored the area, they also found a whole elk carcass and several water holes, indicating that the area was a hub of wildlife activity. Unfortunately, their camera batteries died quickly, leaving them unable to capture any potential evidence on film. Later in the video, Scott shares his idea for a "hair-brained scheme" to catch Bigfoot on camera. He sets up a solar-powered LED light with a motion sensor, along with a trail camera with the IR light taped over. The idea is that if Bigfoot approaches the camp, the light will come on and the camera will capture footage of the creature. Throughout the video, the hosts maintain an open-minded and respectful attitude towards the possibility of Bigfoot's existence. They are careful not to jump to conclusions or make assumptions, and they encourage viewers to watch the video and draw their own conclusions. Overall, the video is an interesting and engaging look at one group's investigation of a possible Bigfoot nest. While they don't find any definitive evidence, they do uncover some intriguing clues and leave viewers with plenty to think about. If you're interested in Bigfoot sightings and investigations, this video is definitely worth a watch.
