In a recent video posted to the North American Bigfoot Center’s YouTube channel, a hiker takes us on an adventure through the Irely Lake Trail, located in Lake Quinault’s National Park land. The hiker explains that this trail has a history of Bigfoot sightings and footprint tracks, making it an intriguing location for any Bigfoot enthusiast. As the hiker ventures deeper into the trail, they come across a large bear, which they estimate to be only 30 feet away. Although they were unable to capture the bear on camera, the close encounter serves as a reminder of the potential dangers that come with hiking in Bigfoot territory. The hiker continues on, expressing their belief that the Sasquatch watches over this trail, leaving footprints in May and June. They point out various patches of ground that would be ideal for recording footprints, but unfortunately, no prints are found on this day. Towards the end of the hike, the hiker spots not one, but two bears. One is up in a tree, while the other is only 35-40 feet away, simply watching the hiker. Again, the hiker is unable to capture the bears on camera, but the encounter serves as a thrilling end to the adventure. The hiker concludes the video by mentioning that they will not be camping near Irely Lake due to the presence of bears, and encourages viewers to carry firearms for protection, while also reminding us that firearms may not be allowed in national parks. If you’re interested in seeing the full video and experiencing the excitement of the hike for yourself, be sure to check it out on the North American Bigfoot Center’s YouTube channel. Who knows, you may just spot a Sasquatch or two on your own adventure.
