In a recent video posted on the YouTube channel "Grizzly Is On The Hunt," hosts Grizzly and Barb Hartman welcome Jennifer Appleton, a retired grandmother and lifelong experiencer of paranormal and cryptid encounters. Jennifer shares her incredible story of growing up with regular interactions with a clan of Sasquatch, or "forest people," in rural Tennessee.
From a young age, Jennifer recalls feeling a deep connection with these beings, starting with her first memory of encountering a female Sasquatch at the age of three or four. She describes the being as having the most beautiful eyes she's ever seen and radiating love and warmth. Jennifer's family moved several times throughout her childhood, but the Sasquatch encounters continued, even leading to her grandmother's own sighting of a large, black figure on their farm.
Jennifer's father, who was a UFO chaser in the 1970s, also had his own Sasquatch encounters, which further solidified the interconnectedness of these phenomena in Jennifer's life. She believes that the Sasquatch she encountered as a child was the grandmother of the group, and that they are all part of the same family.
Throughout the video, Jennifer shares her experiences with a genuine enthusiasm and a deep respect for the Sasquatch and other cryptids she has encountered. She speaks of their intelligence, their emotional depth, and their connection to the land and its inhabitants.
Grizzly and Barb ask Jennifer to return for future episodes to share more of her stories and insights. As a paranormal reporter for Squatchable, I can't wait to hear more about Jennifer's experiences and her unique perspective on the world of cryptids.
