She began to notice strange occurrences around her property, such as her horse jumping a fence and her mother seeing faces in the trees. "I knew at that point that this was serious," Rebecca says. "That there was a monster of some sort, a creature that looked really frightening and really angry and something that could do a lot of harm to a person, in my backyard."
