Florida Bigfoot: A Gifting Spot Visit After 10 Months
I recently came across an interesting video on YouTube from the channel Florida Bigfoot. The video is titled "1st time back to the gifting spot in 10 months! Left some tasty treats for the Big guys." In the video, the creator of the channel, who goes by Florida Bigfoot, returns to a spot where he has been leaving food for Bigfoot.
Florida Bigfoot mentions that it has been almost a year since he last visited this gifting spot. He brings with him a gifting shelf that hangs on a tree and some food to leave for the Big guys. He plans to be quiet on his way in to see if he can hear anything.
As he approaches the gifting spot, Florida Bigfoot notices that the area has grown in significantly since his last visit. He also finds an old trap from a year ago and some trail mix. He thanks the Bigfoot for cleaning up the bag and shows us the Rock Circle, where he has left food in the past.
Florida Bigfoot then shows us the food he has left for the Bigfoot on this visit. It includes a king-sized Kit Kat, two oatmeal cream pies, two tuna sandwiches, two Nature Valley chewy Trail bars, and two apples. He explains that he has never seen any wrappers with melted chocolate or any crumbs with ants on them, which he takes as a sign that the Bigfoot get to the food quickly.
Florida Bigfoot also shares his belief that the theory that if you leave food in the woods, animals will come and eat it, is not true. He explains that he has left food in four different places and nothing was touched, except for one apple that had a small bite taken out of it. However, when he left food at this gifting spot, it was always gone in one day.
Towards the end of the video, Florida Bigfoot shares that he brought a GoPro with him on a previous visit and left it in the ground on a solar spike. When he returned the next day, the food was untouched and the GoPro was still there.
Overall, the video is an interesting glimpse into the world of Bigfoot research and the practice of leaving food at gifting spots. If you're interested in learning more about Florida Bigfoot and his experiences, be sure to check out his YouTube channel and Facebook page.
