Two Chilling Bigfoot Encounters: Hunting in Washington and Military Service

In a chilling account from the YouTube channel Survivorman - Les Stroud, a man named Rick shares his encounter with what he believes to be a Sasquatch. In an episode of Sasquatch Chronicles, Rick recounts his experience from his childhood, where he and his friends were followed by an unseen entity while canoeing in Northern California. According to Rick, they were canoeing on the McLeod River when they noticed something following them. They initially dismissed it, but when they smelled a strong odor, they realized that something was amiss. Suddenly, a basketball-sized rock was hurled towards them, landing just 10 feet away from their canoe. The force of the rock was so strong that it sounded like a blank being fired. Rick's friend, Pedro, saw a head pop out from the bushes, showing its teeth before slowly backing away. Pedro's younger brother, who was behind him, also saw the creature. Although Rick did not see it, he believes it was a Sasquatch, based on the rock-throwing incident. Years later, Rick had another encounter while serving in the military at Fort Lewis. As the op4 leader, Rick was responsible for leading a team that would act as the opposition force during military exercises. During one of the exercises, Rick and his team heard strange noises that sounded like gibberish. They couldn't see anything, but the noises were so loud that they couldn't ignore them. Rick describes the movement of the creature as gliding across the beach, unlike anything he had ever seen before. Although he didn't see the creature, he believes it was a Sasquatch based on its movement and the noises they heard. These encounters are a chilling reminder that there are still mysteries in our world that are yet to be explained.
