In a recent video from the YouTube channel "SASQUATCH BC THE TRUE STORY: THE PORK N BEANS SHOW," hosts Port Cunningham and Frank Oliver Beans sit down with John Stamey, a former college professor with a background in computer science and a passion for the paranormal. The conversation covers a range of supernatural topics, including Stamey's experiences with ESP and his foray into the world of Bigfoot research.
Stamey shares his story of how he became involved in the Bigfoot community. After creating a Facebook page for a hypothetical Bigfoot conference, he was surprised to find that it quickly gained traction. With the help of a local community center and a nearby library, Stamey was able to host his first conference for 180 attendees. Since then, he has gone on to organize several more conferences and has become well-connected in the Bigfoot community.
One of the people Stamey met through his Bigfoot research is Robin McRae, who he describes as "one of the nicest people [he's] ever met" and "exactly like [his] sister." McRae and her husband, Pat, have become close friends of Stamey's and he speaks highly of the entire Bigfoot community, calling them "the nicest and safest bunch of people [he's] ever met."
Stamey also touches on his experiences with ESP, discussing his work with Sally Ryan Feather, the daughter of Dr. J.B Ryan and Dr. Louisa Rein, who are known for their pioneering research in the field of ESP. He helped Feather with research for her book "The Gift," which features stories from people who have had experiences with ESP.
Overall, the video offers an interesting look into the world of Bigfoot research and the supernatural, as well as the close-knit community that has formed around these topics.
