Hey Squatchable readers,
I recently came across an interesting video from the YouTube channel Hellbent Holler, and I just had to share it with all of you. The video is titled "FOOTPRINTS FOUND Searching for Bigfoot in South Carolina - Dark Corner: Old Roads to New Discoveries" and it's a fascinating watch.
In the video, the hosts take us on an expedition through a remote area in the upper Western corner of the upstate of South Carolina, near what would be considered the Sumter National Forest. They're in an area that's not well-known for Sasquatch activity, but after receiving a large number of reports and encounters sent to their email account, they decided to investigate.
The team finds an old closed-down forestry road and decides to explore it, as these types of roads often serve as natural highways for animals to travel through the forest. They come across some interesting finds, including deer tracks, blackberries, blueberries, and an old road bed that likely dates back to the 1800s.
But the most exciting discovery comes when they find what appears to be a set of footprints in the mud. The footprints are bigger than the host's foot and have a clear big toe imprint. They also notice that the mud was broken and squished down, indicating that something heavy and with a large foot made the impression.
Throughout the video, the hosts also mention the presence of iron ore and white quartz in the area, which they find interesting as these minerals are often found in areas with high concentrations of Sasquatch activity.
Overall, the video is a great watch for anyone interested in Sasquatch or enjoys a good expedition. The hosts are knowledgeable and passionate about their search, and their excitement and curiosity are contagious. I highly recommend checking it out and forming your own opinion on the footprints they found.
