In this Season 3, Episode 24 titled "Encounter In North Texas," Les recounts a captivating story from 1979, when two brothers had an unforgettable experience with a creature in north Texas while hunting. The encounter began when one of the brothers, TJ, noticed something across a horseshoe-shaped slough. Assuming it was a skunk, TJ prepared to shoot it. However, as he observed the creature more closely, he realized it was not a skunk but something much larger. TJ watched as the creature crawled up the steep bank, grabbed leaves from a sweet gum tree, and ate them. When it finally stood up, TJ was taken aback by its massive size. The Sasquatch then proceeded to walk towards TJ, who was filled with adrenaline and fear. He ran, calling for his brother, and managed to lose the creature in the woods. TJ and his brother later returned to examine the area and found large footprints sinking about 2.5 to 3 inches deep in the field.
