Bigfoot Witness Shares Chilling Encounter and Skepticism on Capture Methods

In a recent video from the YouTube channel BIGFOOT! / William Jevning, host William Jevning and co-host Creek Devil answer viewer questions about all things Bigfoot. Jevning, a two-time witness and field researcher with over 40 years of experience, shares his thoughts on using game cameras as traps and the ongoing debate about the legitimacy of the Patterson-Gimlin film. One viewer asked if anyone has ever tried to "piggyback" a game camera, meaning to set up one game camera to watch another as a trap. Jevning expresses concern about this method, as Bigfoot have been known to see infrared light, which is used by game cameras to focus. He suggests that if a creature were to mess with the first camera, the second camera would also trigger, potentially scaring the Bigfoot away. Jevning also mentions that many primates, including Bigfoot, are very suspicious of human-made objects and will avoid them. Another viewer asked about the recent talk on the internet that Leroy Blevins made the Patty suit and modern sighting videos, attacking the legitimacy of the Patterson-Gimlin film. Jevning deferred to the opinions of Bill Munz, who made a two-part interview with him. Munz stated that Patterson was going to make a documentary film and may have had a suit created, but the suit seen in the film is not the same as the one Blevins made. Jevning also pointed out that even if Blevins made the suit, it doesn't prove the film is fake, as there is physical evidence and two eyewitnesses. Jevning also mentioned that he has talked to hundreds of credible witnesses and has had his own personal experiences, making it hard for him not to believe in the existence of Bigfoot. He encourages anyone who doesn't believe to immerse themselves in the topic for even six months, as they will likely come to the conclusion that Bigfoot do exist.
