In a recent video from the YouTube channel Linda Eastburn, titled "Bigfoot of the Mountain," Les O'Dell shares his personal journey into the world of Cryptids, specifically Bigfoot. Les's interest in the paranormal began as a child, after an unexplained experience, and later evolved into investigating various paranormal phenomena.
Les's son, intrigued by Bigfoot-related podcasts, sparked the idea of creating a Facebook page dedicated to collecting Cryptid sighting experiences in West Virginia. The page quickly gained popularity, and Les began documenting the reports and conducting investigations based on the testimonies.
During the interview, Les recounts two particularly memorable reports. The first involves a couple from Nicholas County, West Virginia, who initially identified as skeptics. While driving, they spotted a creature crossing the road on all fours, which then stood upright. The witnesses couldn't recall seeing the creature's feet, which Les found peculiar. After visiting the location and examining the evidence, Les concluded that the witnesses were within 12 feet of the creature, making the encounter even more compelling.
The second report took place near Blue Stone Lake in West Virginia, where two fishermen heard splashing in the water. Assuming it was bait fish, they soon realized the sounds were too large. Upon shining their flashlight on the water, they saw two creatures wading. One of them climbed onto the bank and mimicked a tree stump, while the other became agitated and started slapping the water. The fishermen quickly left the area as objects were thrown at their boat.
These captivating stories, as shared by Les O'Dell, demonstrate the ongoing fascination with Bigfoot and other Cryptids. To fully appreciate the details and evidence provided, be sure to watch the original video on Linda Eastburn's YouTube channel.
